Rachel was born and raised near Cleveland, Ohio.  She completed a secretarial specialists program at Auburn Career Center in 1990 and was placed in a corporate legal position.  Rachel has over 30 years’ experience in both corporate and private law.  She married her husband, Randy, in 1992 and they moved to Fort Smith in 1997 where they have raised their two sons.  Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, walking, crafting, traveling and volunteering.
